Trying to balance discipline and actually enjoying life at the same time 😂
Some days I’m locked in at the gym, other days I’m outside eating good and living a little… and honestly you need both.
Progress doesn’t come from being perfect, it comes from being consistent.

• Slightly round your upper back
• Drive your hips into the pad
• Squeeze your glutes at the top
