My last strength workout before baby girl arrives!
I finished my final Strength × Pilates glute workout with exactly how I love to train: starting with compound movements to build strength, then finishing with controlled Pilates isolation work for that final glute burn 🔥
At 38 weeks, my goal is no longer to push for more strength or intensity. From here, I’m shifting my focus toward mobility, stretching, breathing, and relaxation to give my muscles and pelvic floor the opportunity to soften, move, and prepare for birth.
👉🏻 My StrongHER Pregnancy program is coming soon, where I’ll be sharing everything I’ve learned throughout this journey - from strength × Pilates to core and pelvic floor work, mobility, labor prep stretches, and postpartum preparation.

Home workouts to transform your body & mind
Preparing your body for labor is a mixture of strength and learning how to relax, breathe, and create space.
⭐️ These stretches are part of my labor prep routine to help promote pelvic floor and perineal mobility and prepare the tissues for the stretching they may experience.
✨ Deep, slow breathing is just as important as the stretch itself. With each inhale, focus on relaxing and gently lengthening the pelvic floor rather than holding tension.
🤍 Research on perineal massage suggests it may reduce the likelihood of severe perineal trauma, particularly for first time vaginal births but no stretch or technique can guarantee that you won’t tear.
👉🏻 I’m incorporating everything I’m learning into my StrongHER Pregnancy Program, including strength training, Pilates, pelvic floor work, mobility, and labor preparation.

Waiting for baby girl ☁️✨
I originally planned this pregnancy photoshoot to create content for my new program, StrongHER Pregnancy, but of course I had to take a few elegant photos just to remember this beautiful season of my life forever.
Pregnancy has been such a special reminder that our bodies can change, grow, and do things we never imagined possible. I’ve learned so much throughout these past few months not just about pregnancy, but about strength, movement, nutrition, pelvic floor health, preparing for birth, and giving myself grace through all the changes.
And honestly, I’ve loved sharing this journey with you. So many of you have been following along, asking questions, learning with me, and experiencing your own seasons of change alongside mine 🥹
That’s exactly why I wanted to create StrongHER Pregnancy. I’m taking everything I’ve been doing, learning, and experiencing throughout my pregnancy and turning it into a program to help other women feel strong, supported, and confident throughout their own pregnancy journey.
But for today, I’m just soaking in these last few weeks ☁️

🎂✨ Paragon’s Birthday Sale is on now through August 16, with up to 50% off
These photos are from before pregnancy, when my body looked completely different and now, here I am with my growing belly, still reaching for the same activewear I’ve always loved 🤰🏻
It’s a good reminder that your body is allowed to change. You don’t have to stop feeling confident, comfortable, or like yourself just because your body is going through a phase in life.
And yes, I’m still wearing my Paragon throughout pregnancy because the fit, stretch, and comfort continue to work with my changing body.

Pregnancy isn’t the time to stop building strength, it’s the time to train with intention.
✨ Strong glutes help support your hips and pelvis, improve stability, reduce strain on your lower back, and make everyday movements feel easier as your body changes.
The key is choosing pregnancy safe exercises, focusing on quality movement, and adapting as your bump grows. Every trimester looks a little different, and that’s okay.
👉🏻 These are the exact types of workouts you’ll find inside my upcoming StrongHER Pregnancy Program, where I’ll guide you through safe strength training, Pilates, core and pelvic floor work, labor prep, and everything you need for a strong, healthy pregnancy 💕
Glutes are not just for aesthetics 😏
Strong glutes do so much more than create shape. They help support your hips and pelvis, improve balance as your body changes, reduce unnecessary strain on your lower back, and make everyday movements like walking, squatting, and climbing stairs feel easier.
Your glutes are a powerhouse that is designed to support movement, stability, and strength through every stage of pregnancy.
Train for more than aesthetics.
Train for a stronger body, an easier pregnancy, and a smoother recovery 💕
👉🏻 I’m sharing everything I’ve learned inside my upcoming StrongHER Pregnancy program, designed to help you stay strong, move confidently, and prepare your body for pregnancy, labor, and postpartum.
Pregnancy doesn’t mean you stop training your core… it means your approach evolves!
As my body changes, I’ve shifted from more challenging ab exercises to movements that prioritize deep core engagement, breath, and pressure management.
❗️Progress isn’t always about doing more. Sometimes it’s about making the smartest modification for your body.
Your core plays a huge role in supporting your growing belly, improving posture, reducing back discomfort, and preparing for labor and postpartum recovery.
👉🏻 I’m also so excited to be creating my StrongHER Pregnancy program, where I’ll be sharing the exact workouts I’ve been doing, pregnancy safe modifications, pelvic floor education, labor prep, and everything I’ve learned to help you have a strong, healthy pregnancy ✨
