After being out from training on Monday with a back, I came back (no pun intended) on Tuesday for two classes on Tuesday. 10a.and 7pm. Padwork and individual heavy bag work after class in the am and partner drills and padwork at 7pm. I felt pretty good even though I got tired as hell in both. We'll see what my body has to tell me come tomorrow. Thanks for the great work running a an amazing program here at . I highly recommend anyone interested in martial arts training come here if you're on the island. And to top the night off, my brother flew in to surprise my son for his birthday. My son woke up in the car, dapping him up and couldn't even tell who the hell it was at first 😅😅😅

Wasn't able to train today because my dumb ass got excited and decided to mix in more running with yesterday's walk around Diamond Head yesterday and now my back hates me for it. Either way, still had to at least stay active and walk to get my minimum 11k steps in for the day. I definitely DID NOT feel like doing this s**t today, but got it done. Then back at it tomorrow. On another note; it's great to see Waikiki Beach poppin and vibrant again like it used to be. Stores, restaurants, vendors open late, street performers out, tourists about. It's lively again.

Sunday was supposed to be a rest day, but I was bored. I dropped my son off at work and said screw it. Tim eto hit the Diamond Head pilgrimage again. But first, a little stop at Kapi'olani Fitness Park for some calisthenics along the way. Today, it's time to get this second week of training in with the family at
LET'S GO!

Another great day putting in work. They say "So what you live and you'll never work a day in your life". Well it's still work, but it's work I truly love doing. Great seeing my sis on her first day back in after nursing her knee and feeling her rip the absolute s**t outta these kicks on pads too! 💪🏾

So much fun putting G in work with the homies at yesterday. My son was on camera, but got a little practice himself too. I love being a student of this beautiful art. Great class flow and direction by .

Morning time with my son. Out for a walk, appreciating the peace and chill. Hit the calisthenics park to get some work in, then off to training again tonight.

Yesterday training with the fam at in Pearl City. shared some great knowledge on counter clinch techniques and lots of live application in sparring. Only half a week here and I'm already down 10lbs. When I got here Sunday night, I was 237lbs and last night weighed in at 226.4. I love being able to get this work in and train with a great team like Mango Tree.

Very short photo dump from earlier. I took a morning walk to Walmart (2.3 miles each way) because I wanted to buy a couple of protein shakers for myself and my son and get some more sweatpants to walk and workout in. Later in the day at I hit the iron (heavy bench press and deadlifts), then Muay that clinch class and completely forgot to take pictures of any of that. But anyway, now I'm totally spent. Got to spend the first half of the day with my son and get some great training in. An amazing day.
