Strength Coach for Christ was never just about fitness.
It began as a simple daily practice - reading one chapter of Proverbs each morning before stepping into the weight room.
Over time, I began sharing this practice with others — athletes, colleagues, friends.
Each chapter draws from a verse in Proverbs, paired with coaching moments that tested my character and faith.
These reflections connect the Word to real experiences in locker rooms, weight rooms, and life’s unpredictable seasons.
The goal is not perfection, but progress — to show that when we align our preparation with God’s presence, every moment becomes an act of worship.
Whether you are a coach, athlete, or leader in another field, I pray this book helps you find strength that lasts — the kind grounded in faith, integrity, and wisdom.
