Happy Halloween from all of us here at Ingenuity!

The Boys and Girls Club of Central Florida is a worthy cause dedicated to providing resources and guidance to young people, allowing them to achieve their full potential. We are proud to partner with Total Solutions Group Architects to design a new facility in Winter Garden, Florida, aimed at providing a safe space for youth to thrive within our community.

Last Friday, our team participated in our annual chili cookoff. Congratulations to Ahmed who earned his first chili champion title!

Ingenuity provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and IT engineering design for a new tenant buildout at the Plaza Premium Lounge in Orlando International Airport's Airside South Terminal C. The +/-9,301-square-foot project included lounge seating, reception, restrooms, commercial kitchen, family zone, digital media wall, full bar, and workstations.

The Internship & Career Expo at the University of Central Florida was a great success. We appreciate everyone who stopped by to visit us.

Our team partnered with FINFROCK to deliver complete MEPF services and LEED Design for a cutting-edge, sustainable workspace. This project includes a 2-story, +/- 70,000 square foot Class A office building with atriums, open offices, conference rooms, break areas, and a detached +/- 30,000 square foot single-story warehouse.

The collaboration between Ingenuity and Finfrock exemplifies the remarkable outcomes that are possible through teamwork and a unified vision.

Ingenuity has proudly collaborated with EMBREY to deliver MEPFP engineering services for The Cannery at The Packing District. This 5-story apartment building seamlessly blends comfort, convenience, and style. The building includes:

- A variety of well-designed apartments that cater to diverse living preferences.

- A pool courtyard that offers residents a serene space to relax and unwind.

- A comprehensive clubhouse with leasing and fitness areas.

- A 6-story parking garage that ensures ample parking space for all residents and visitors.

The partnership between Ingenuity and Embrey stands as a testament to what can be achieved through collaboration and shared vision.

On this day, we pay tribute to the victims whose lives were abruptly taken, leaving behind grieving families and communities. Each name represents a story, a lifetime of dreams, aspirations, and love that was cut short. We also honor the heroes who emerged in the face of unimaginable horror—first responders, firefighters, police officers, and ordinary citizens who displayed extraordinary courage and selflessness.
