A week ago our team took a tough hit with an injury. Instead of folding, these girls worked harder, trusted each other, and left everything on the mat today. HIT ZERO at States and showed what true resilience looks like. We couldn’t be prouder of this team. Always champions in our eyes 💙🤍

Consistency. Clean ex*****on. Confidence. That’s the formula. 1st place out of 5 teams tonight and couldn’t be more proud of the growth, discipline, and a team that understands the assignment. Quiet work. Loud results! So proud of these girls 💙💪🏾🤍

We’re Battling at the Capital this weekend! January 24 at Dover High School! Come out to see your favorite Rec, All-Star, and School team perform. We will also have yummy confessions, awesome vendors, and photography!

Battle at the Capital is back! This Saturday! January 25th at Dover High School! Come out to see all these teams put on some amazing performances and also check out some awesome vendors! There will be food and drinks for sale at the concession stand! If you’ve never been to a cheerleading competition before, this is a perfect time to come check one out and also support your DHS Cheerleaders at the same time! We can’t wait to see everyone there! 💙🤍

Calling all little senators!! It’s that time of the year again for our annual cheer clinic! Come out for a day filled with cheers, jumps, stunts, and fun! All participants will receive 1 day of instruction, a T-shirt, snacks, AND a chance to walk in the DHS Homecoming parade and cheer on our senators during the first quarter of the football game!
