Why do we need to focus on core exercises and stretching more than ever?
Because we’re sitting more than ever.
We’re hunched over our desks, loosening the muscles in our backs and tightening our hips. Often because we forget about our core muscles and don’t engage them throughout the day to support the rest of our bodies.
What’s the big worry?
When our hip flexors tighten, they yell at us for being unacknowledged - causing low back pain and tightness in thighs, especially when we finally stand at the end of the day.
Our shoulder complexes tighten, causing stress and tension headaches.
What can we do?
Move. Breathe. Take Breaks.

I wish I knew for how much longer I will be saying these are unprecedented times. This *free* neck roll exercise will allow you to learn coping skills from simply moving your body. We're all being pushed to the edge and we don't really know where or when to stop. Try this simple movement, test your boundaries, and learn that it's ok to say "NOPE, this is uncomfortable."
