Hi there, I'm Shel, and I do individualized and group spiritual guidance sessions that can include everything from meditation and energy healing to Yoga, Qigong and even Meditative Tea Drinking.
A bit about me: In 2013, I fell in love with meditation and holistic medicine and how it has transformed my wellbeing after struggling for years with pain from fibromyalgia and the mental health consequences that came with chronic pain. After many years practicing with wise teachers and mentors, I have made it my mission to help others heal and cultivate their inner calm.
