FLe8 (pronounced ‘affiliate’) is a dance team based out of Orlando, FL. Founded in 2017, by Randall Collins, FLe8 performs all around the Central Florida area and is made up of several different affiliated dance teams around Florida including but not limited to RUKUS Entertainment, theSQUAD, Notorious, V3, The 407, NoMadz etc. FLe8 has competed in Prelude South, World of Dance, and performed at Red Bull Dance Your Style.

RUKUS Entertainment is a hip-hop based dance team promoting diversity through a shared interest in music and movement. RUKUS originated at the University of Central Florida (UCF) in 2003 and performs and participates in many UCF affiliated events as well as other events within the Central Florida region. The team works hard to give their dancers opportunities to grow their performance and creative skills.

Through disciplined training and mentorship, we inspire our dancers to achieve excellence in technique, artistry, and personal development while building strong character that extends beyond the studio. Phocused Kollective has earned multiple first-place awards and top overall scores at competitions including Monsters of Hip-Hop, Kaos Dance Convention, Applause Dance Competition, and Precision Dance Competition.
