Most parents think sleep training starts at 4 months. But at Tender Care, we believe in ✨Sleep Conditioning✨
In those first 12 weeks, we aren’t just watching the baby; we are setting the biological stage for 8–12 hours of sleep. By focusing on feeding rhythms and gentle sleep associations now, you aren’t just surviving the newborn phase—you’re preventing the 4-month regression before it starts. 💗

Even when it feels like a day of setbacks, there’s usually at least one thing to celebrate- even if it’s as simple as having a sip of warm coffee or getting the baby to sleep for longer than a couple of minutes ❤️

🚨Daylight Saving Time is THIS Sunday. No need to panic or fear that your little ones will have a hard time with the change, though!
Follow our simple guide and enjoy having an extra hour this Sunday!🌞
Pictured is an example of how to adjust bedtimes over the next few days with the example of an 8pm bedtime. If your little one usually goes to bed at 8pm, try putting him or her down at 7:45pm for the next couple of nights and slowly adjust as the week progresses😴

It’s that time of year where everyone is sniffling, sneezing and coughing. If your baby comes down with an illness, focus on doing what you need to do to get him or her comfortable and healthy. Getting back into a proper sleep schedule can come once health is regained if necessary!
Wishing you all health & quality sleep ❤️

Happy Hanukkah! 💙
As we move into what feels like the busiest time of year remember that it’s okay to follow your little one’s lead as far as scheduling goes. All babies and toddlers are different, so before you head to a celebration consider asking yourself if your little one would benefit more from sticking to his/her schedule or from being awake during typical sleep times and celebrating.😴🥳
Don’t let family members or friends push you into doing what THEY want. Focus on your baby’s best interests this holiday season ❤️
