From Darkness to Light ✨

This is what happens when we meditate—alone or as a sangha (group). We shift from a busy mind full of thoughts to divine stillness, from heaviness to ease, from a closed heart to an open one. Time becomes unknown—we become time itself, fully present in the NOW. And in that presence, we realize that miracles are unfolding in every moment. We expand beyond time and space and simply are.

Another beautiful sunrise meditation by the ocean. We showed up for ourselves as an act of self-love—so much Shri! We journaled, shared our wisdom, and at the very moment the sun rose, a space rocket launched into the sky, as if showing us the way into a new day. Nature was with us, offering its presence as a gift of life.
