Reminiscing… My first ever ballroom performance. I’ve always enjoyed adding in a little extra pizzazz ☺️ So I was thrilled when our coaches worked with my idea inspired by Shakira’s music video. Ballroom does not have to be stuffy and old fashioned- it can be very spicy if you want that!

I had the pleasure of working with these amazing kids at Sunshine Montessori back in December (including my own two girls) ages 2 - 6.
We did a Christmas Salsa! Everyone did such a great job 🥰
We will be doing a spring Waltz for the end of year show 🌸🌷🧚🏻

Check out some of the many benefits of dancing, all very true!
I personally find the left brain-right brain aspect fascinating. There are not a lot of other activities that use so much of the brain at the same time.

Hello dancing world !!!
Some of you may know that I took some time off from teaching for a few reasons , one being to get married !!! 🍾😄👰🏼
However, now I am very happy to announce that I will commence teaching and will be starting a beginner's class Tuesday nights at 7
At the Dirk Heideman studio on main st in Manchester .
I am very excited to be working with this studio. They have a fabulous staff as well as newly rennovated, elegant space; the staff bios can be seen on the website.
I personally teach American style but they have some very talented and experienced trainers who teach international style.

I am very excited to announce that thanks to a wonderful investor, I can now provide some powerful sound with a large, wireless portable speaker for every future lesson, group class and dance party, no additional sound systems required!
So psyched :D
