Yeeeesh that was fun! 🥵 HYROX After Dark with my other half DEAN⭕️ at CrossFit Diehard

This was our first time competing together since 2022 so it was cool to see how we’ve grown as athletes and how we work together now 💪

60 minutes of movement is no joke. You have to figure out how to pace to be able to withstand your intensity over time. And fuel properly (which I think we nailed!)⛽️

Our heat started at 8pm and we were able to make it into the round of 6 laps, completing a little over 3 of the laps! Our goal was to complete the round of 5 laps so this was a win for us!

What a fun event! Next time we’ll be sure to wear neon so we look cool in the lights 😂
