I put together a video showing some of our basic commands, stances, and punches. If any of our students need a little extra encouragement, we would love it if their parents reviewed this video with them.

🥋 Uniform Reminder

We want to take a moment to make sure everyone knows the proper way to wear and maintain their White Karate uniform. Please take a look at the video below for a quick demonstration.

The White Karate patch must be properly ironed onto the uniform. This is a requirement for all students and is part of maintaining a clean, professional uniform.

We understand that we have not enforced this consistently in the past, so this is simply a reminder as we get everyone on the same page moving forward.

If you have lost your patch, we will provide a replacement this one time at no cost. Please let us know if you need one.

There is no class Thursday (August 6th). The Eagles have something else booked that night. Appoligies for the late notice. We will try to have sparring for youths on Monday (Aug 10th)
