This is “me” time! A time to reset. Be sure you are getting some time to do things you love 💕 It helps lower your stress and cortisol levels.

I have to give a shout out to my client Brenda! We have been working together for a year now and she’s crushing it!💪 She has lost ten inches while gaining strength and confidence. She also recently ran a half marathon and knocked 15 minutes off her time!👏🏻
I couldn’t be more proud of her! My goal for all my clients is not to look at just the scale, but how they feel doing everyday activities. Wellness starts from within!❤️

I tried out this new smoothie recipe today and it was so refreshing I had to share!
Blend together:
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 cup mango
2 cups spinach
1 scoop vanilla protein powder Wellness 4 All
2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
A perfect smoothie moving into the summer months. Try it out and let me know what you think! 😋

Summer bodies aren’t built overnight… they’re trained for with intention ☀️💪
I train differently as we move closer to summer—and here’s why 👇
❄️ Winter Training Mode
This is my building season. I focus heavily on progressive overload—lifting heavier, getting stronger, and building muscle. It’s about creating that solid foundation.
☀️ Summer Prep Shift
As we head into warmer months, I start to pivot:
✨ I lighten my weights slightly
✨ Add more muscular endurance training (higher reps, shorter rest)
✨ Increase my protein intake to support muscle and recovery
✨ And bump up my daily steps by about 2,000
This combination helps me feel:
✔️ Leaner
✔️ More energized
✔️ Strong AND conditioned
And honestly… ready to fully enjoy that time in the sun ☀️👙
Remember—your training should evolve with your goals and the season of life you’re in. There’s power in knowing when to push heavy… and when to shift gears.
