This group continues to not disappoint and compete with just about any team they step on the field with! Another long drive home on a Sunday Night.

We ventured to College Station, Texas and ended the weekend 4th out of 20 teams with a 5-3 record. Bats were a little cold to start but warmed up to finish the weekend and until that happened defense and pitching were on lockdown! Middle infield turned 2 6-4-3 double plays and a nonconventional bunt double play to just name a few of the defensive plays.

No hardware, but these girls ended up 6-1 on the weekend and tying for 5th out of 24 teams in the Top Gun Invitational this weekend in Kansas City. They battled through some heat they haven’t had to experience yet this summer and walked off the Top Gun Premier team for their first bracket win today.

Weekend Recap: long weekend at the ball park in Oklahoma City for Oklahoma state.

The Aces 11U National team wrapped up an impressive weekend with a 7-2 record and a runner-up finish in the 11U open division for Oklahoma state tournament. After falling 5-3 in the Winner’s Bracket Final, the team showed resilience by battling through the Loser’s Bracket to earn another shot at the championship. The Aces dominated the first Championship Game with a commanding 16-0 victory, forcing the “if necessary” game. In a hard-fought finale, they came up just one run short, falling 4-3. Despite the tough ending, the team put together an outstanding performance throughout the tournament, outscoring opponents 61-16 and demonstrating grit, determination, and a never-quit attitude all weekend long.

Aces Fastpitch put together a strong weekend in Arkansas, finishing 3rd out of 29 teams with an impressive 7-2 record. The squad dominated at the plate, scoring 46 runs while allowing just 21 defensively. In 43 innings of work, Aces pitchers were outstanding in the circle, giving up only 6 walks all weekend. From clutch hitting to lockdown pitching and defense, the Aces battled every game and proved they can compete with anyone on the field this weekend. Proud of the grit, teamwork, and fight this team showed throughout the tournament!
