So very sad to hear of the passing of a mentor.
Amazing, life changing work.
Guy VOYER, DO changed the way I look at exercise and training and I’m forever grateful for what he has created and the incredible people I’ve met along the way.

Me. 💁🏼‍♀️
I did my own video workout yesterday (made it for clients) and now I notice every breath I take.
I did this to myself. 😆

How do you motivate yourself to get moving on the days you want to hibernate?

Tomorrow is my last day teaching in The Pilates Barn as my full time gig. I’ll still teach my evening class (online and live clients) two nights each week to current clients only.

Monday, I start a new job going back to teaching school. I’m very excited to start teaching Special Education for Epic Charter Schools.

Two things I’m passionate about - helping people move better and kids. Most of you would also realize that I have a soft spot for those with disabilities. At the core, either way, I believe I was born to be a teacher.

I’m thrilled for this new opportunity and prepared to be overwhelmed during the transition. Your prayers and well wishes will be much appreciated!
