So that they can make confident decisions, excel in their careers, manage stress, build meaningful relationships, and live a balanced, fulfilling life.

There are a lot of coaches.
A lot of consultants.
A lot of speakers.

What makes my work different is not that I have one more framework or certification.

It is the combination of the rooms I have actually sat in.

I have been the clinician trying to understand what is happening underneath someone's behavior.
I have been the executive responsible for the people, the budget, the culture, and the outcome.
I have worked inside complex systems where policy, funding, leadership, and human behavior all collide.

Those experiences changed the way I look at problems.

I do not automatically assume burnout is a resilience problem.
I do not assume communication is the real issue just because everyone is calling it that.

I do not assume resistance means people are unwilling to change.

And I do not assume the person struggling is always the person who needs to be fixed.

I look underneath.

At the people.
At the patterns.
At the leadership.
At the system.

And at what is being reinforced, rewarded, avoided or ignored.
That is the lens I bring into coaching, consulting, speaking and organizational work.

25+ years.
Three lenses.
One uncommon perspective.

Swipe through for a little more about why. And if something in your team, organization, or leadership feels off — but you are not convinced the presenting problem is the real problem — that is exactly the kind of conversation I love to have!

Message me, or head to my website + let's start with a conversation!

Know someone who needs this? It's my greatest compliment!

You know what I want you to notice?

The moment you snapped probably wasn’t the beginning.

You were already tired. Already stretched thin. Already saying yes when you wanted to say no. Already carrying too much.

That’s the part I care about.

Because beating yourself up for the reaction won’t help if we never look at what kept piling up before it.

Comment BEFRIENDING and I’ll send you tools to help you catch the spiral earlier, before you hit that point.

It rarely looks like a crisis at first.

It looks like answering one more email. Taking on one more responsibility. Saying yes because it feels easier than disappointing someone.

That’s how people-pleasing and overfunctioning get mistaken for strength.

High-achieving women are often praised for pushing past their limits while the cost shows up quietly as resentment, exhaustion, and high-achiever burnout.

Inside ELEVATE, I help women break those patterns, rebuild self-trust, and stop sacrificing themselves to keep everything running.

Nobody makes this decision on a good day.

It’s usually some Wednesday when you’re already fried and something small tips it.

The thing you agreed to even though you didn’t want to.

The text you’re drafting for the fourth time because you’re still overthinking how it might land.

You’re not inspired. You’re just tired of the same loop of people-pleasing, boundary guilt, and second-guessing yourself.

That’s often where change starts.

Not from suddenly having more clarity. From realizing the way you’ve been handling everything is no longer working.

What would you want to look back on a year from now and see differently? 👇

Small shifts rarely happen on their own. Inside ELEVATE, we spend twelve weeks working on the patterns beneath high-functioning anxiety and overfunctioning so the changes have somewhere to hold.

When you’ve spent years anticipating everyone else’s needs, your own wants can start to feel blurry.

You become skilled at reading the room, carrying the mental load, solving the problem, and keeping life moving.

Meanwhile, your preferences get pushed further down the list.

That kind of people-pleasing and overfunctioning can leave high-achieving women feeling disconnected from themselves, even when everything looks fine from the outside.

If you’re not sure what’s draining you or what needs to change, comment CLARITY.

I’ll send you the link to book a free call where we can talk through what’s taking up your capacity, what you want to feel different, and which next step makes the most sense.

A boundary often feels hardest after you set it.

The second-guessing. The urge to explain more. The temptation to soften it so nobody feels uncomfortable.

For high-achieving women, setting boundaries without guilt can feel unfamiliar after years of managing other people’s reactions.

That boundary guilt can make a reasonable decision feel wrong long after the conversation is over.

But someone else’s disappointment doesn’t automatically mean you made the wrong decision.

Inside ELEVATE, I help women hold boundaries, regulate the guilt that follows, and stop abandoning themselves to keep the peace.

Taking it personally was already scheduled, but thanks for the warning 😮‍💨

When your identity has been built around being useful, needed, and dependable, wanting something for yourself can feel strangely uncomfortable.

That’s how self-abandonment can hide inside overfunctioning and people-pleasing.

You get so good at reading the room, meeting expectations, and keeping life moving that your own preferences become harder to hear.

The work now is learning to recognize your voice before everyone else’s gets louder.

Inside ELEVATE, I help high-achieving women rebuild self-trust, set boundaries without guilt, and make decisions without losing themselves in everyone else’s needs.

What’s the last thing you said no to that you’re still thinking about?

I’d bet the no itself took about four seconds and went completely fine.

They said okay.
They figured it out.
Nothing happened.
Nobody’s mad.

And then you spent the next hour going back through it anyway.

Checking your tone. Wondering if it came out wrong. Deciding whether the pause before they said “okay” meant something.

Drafting the apology text you’re not going to send but are absolutely composing in your head while you load the dishwasher.

Four days later, it’s still in there somewhere, taking up a little room.

That’s the part nobody counts when they tell you to set better boundaries.

The hard part is often the boundary guilt afterward, the overthinking, second-guessing, and feeling responsible for someone else’s reaction to a completely reasonable no.

You’re still paying interest on a two-second conversation nobody else remembers having.

That loop is what Befriending Your Anxiety is built around: what to do when your brain won’t put it down.
