The Oxford Wildcat 12u girls are Regional World Series Champs! We are so proud of all of the girls for how they played. They battled the heat all weekend, overcame a 3 hour rain delay only to turn back around and not allow a single run the last 3 games. Some team highlights from the week:
562 team batting average while recording 108 hits, 9 home runs, 9 triples, and 87 runs scored across nine games. The girls also displayed outstanding depth in the circle, utilizing four different pitchers and allowing just 11 earned runs throughout the event while also having 32 strikeouts.
Huge shout out to all of the families who made the trip and made the experience so special for the girls.
