𝘐𝘛’𝘚 𝘈 𝘓𝘐𝘍𝘌𝘚𝘛𝘠𝘓𝘌 🙏🏼⁣⁣

When I first got introduced to ketones, I was like “𝐍𝐎 𝗪𝐀𝐘!” these are too good to be true. Then I opened up my mind a bit, learned more about the keto diet and it’s numerous health benefits. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Ever since then, I’ve made it my mission to share this conversation with everyone because 𝐢𝐭’𝐬 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐟𝐚𝐭 𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐬, and there’s a huge gap in knowledge regarding the keto diet and exogenous ketones. Research showing health benefits in Diabetes and Alzheimer’s, to name a few. ⁣⁣

I’m loving this lifestyle and I have never felt so good - 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐜𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲! What can an extra couple hours of energy do for you in a day? A week? A month? 🤔

Given he was already working out and watched what he ate before the 𝟷𝟶 𝘋𝘢𝘺 𝘋𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘬 𝘒𝘦𝘵𝘰𝘯𝘦𝘴 𝘊𝘩𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘦𝘯𝘨𝘦, his results were amplified and the ketones made his experience worthwhile! Lost 9 lbs. and almost 6% of body fat in 𝟏𝟎 𝐃𝐀𝐘𝐒 🙌🏼⁣⁣⁣

Remember, this is 𝐍𝐎𝐓 a “magic pill”- but I can tell you that’s it’s a damn good supplement that helps you achieve your goals and feel better throughout the process, especially in the beginning when things are most difficult (diet, low energy etc.) Pair it with moderate exercise and a carb conscious diet (𝘕𝘖𝘛 𝘚𝘛𝘙𝘐𝘊𝘛) and I guarantee you’ll see results 💪🏼⁣⁣⁣

Within the last year, I’ve gone through my fair share of experiences, both good and bad. I’ve tried new things, learned new skills, and left previous projects, to say the least. There’s a saying that goes something like this “fail often and try as many things as you can, and you will eventually find something that you are truly passionate about” So don’t be afraid and - 𝐃𝐎 𝐘𝐎𝐔 ✅⁣

𝟭𝟬 𝗗𝗔𝗬 𝗖𝗛𝗔𝗟𝗟𝗘𝗡𝗚𝗘 ✅ ⁣⁣

You guys might be wondering what this whole 10 day drink challenge is, and after finishing it, I can tell you that it’s the EASIEST challenge I’ve ever done 😊 And it’s the only challenge not requiring a special diet or workout regimen.⁣⁣

After flying to Kentucky to meet the doctors and scientists behind this, my belief grew more and more. I’ve tried many diets and supplements and there is none that compares to this. ⁣⁣

What I’ve learned throughout bodybuilding, fitness/nutrition, and this entire experience is that strict diets and workouts are not sustainable, for most. And if people do succeed, it’s even easier to fall back into bad habits, and I know because I’ve been there. However, we found something that WORKS 💪🏼⁣⁣
