Hi, I’m Nathan — co-owner of The Yoga Channel, Silver Strand. I’ve been teaching yoga here in Oxnard since 2014, and this studio has been my home for more than a decade. My wife, Amber, and I officially took ownership on February 1st, 2021, but our story with The Yoga Channel

Experience deep relaxation and rewire your nervous system with Yin Yoga and Restorative Yoga Tuesday and Thursday evenings with Nathan 🩷

Poses are held for 3-5 minutes and are all done on the floor with the use of (LOTS) of props.

Didn't know that it takes about 2 minutes for your nervous system to relax, about 3 minutes for your muscles and connective tissue to begin to become more fluidic and elastic, and up to 5 minutes for the deep connective tissue to release and affect lasting change?

Nathan loves to say, if you're bored in this type of yoga, you're probably not doing it 😂
