Our 8U Shockwave girls have already kicked off the season and shown everyone what that Shockwave fight looks like… and now IT’S OUR TURN! ⚡️

This weekend, Shockwave 10U is hitting the fields for our FIRST TOURNAMENT OF THE SEASON at the PG Golden Glove Tournament! 🥎🏆

We’ve been putting in the work, and now it’s time to compete, battle, and show up as the Shockwave family we are! 💜💚

💛⚡ SEPTEMBER IS CHILDHOOD CANCER AWARENESS MONTH ⚡💛

Nearly 16,000 children and adolescents in the United States are diagnosed with cancer every year. Behind every diagnosis is a child, a family, and a fight no one should ever have to face.

This September, Shockwave plays for something bigger than softball. 💛

One of our own, Emmy #7, knows this fight firsthand.

Emmy was diagnosed with childhood cancer, fought through the unimaginable, and BEAT IT. 🎗️💛 Today, she has been cancer-free for 4 YEARS!

Emmy is so much more than a softball player. She is a fighter, a survivor, and an inspiration to every single one of us. Her strength and courage remind us that sometimes the biggest battles are fought by the smallest warriors. 💛

For the entire month of September, Shockwave will play for Emmy. We will play for her family, for every child currently fighting, for the survivors, and for the families who have lost someone far too soon.

🎗️ Every Shockwave player will wear a yellow ribbon on their helmet throughout September in honor of Emmy and her family.

Because we don't just play for the name on the front of our jerseys.

We play for our family. 💜💚💗

This month, we ask our Shockwave family and community to help us RAISE AWARENESS for childhood cancer and support the children and families facing this unimaginable journey.
