Strength and Corrective Fitness Coaching. I retrain and build the weak and problematic muscles and introduce workouts that are intense for any fitness goal.

I'm not only a personal trainer, but I'm also a lifestyle coach in coaching clients how to manage their time that includes exercising and suggestive meal ideas. I design each clients workout chart specifically for their needs. I give my undivided attention to my client where I can change their workouts at the drop of a hat if needed. I'm also very good at encouraging and challenging my clients to go the extra mile with safe and proper form of instructions. I always had a passion for helping people to feel good about themselves.I discovered that I can accomplish this by teaching and encouraging others though exercises.Seeing their lives change for the better and accomplishing things they never thought possible is my inspiration as to why I'm a trainer. I absolutely love helping my clients reach their goals because they become happier when they see results! Exercising on a daily basis has helped me to fight depression and knowing that I can help others with their struggles has changed my life.

In my bodybuilding contest prep season. My goal when preparing for a contest is to retain every ounce of muscle i worked my rear-end off to accrue during the “off season.” To accomplish this, i need to not only continue to train intensely, but also intelligently vary my methods so that im stimulating my physiological pathway responsible for hypertrophy. In layman’s terms , “ shock the heck out of my muscles.”

Now of course there’s much more to it than just the physical training, such as supplements, nutrition, cardio, timing, etc.

Stepped out of my physical comfort zone this morning and took on the big, beautiful, blue Pacific Ocean in Malibu. With just a board, paddle and a very good friend @michellepcowell .
.
Lifting weights is very easy for me. I like the pain cause it brings me muscles. But getting up on a board in the middle of the ocean, I must admit was extremely challenging for me. So with my girl Michelle, who is absolutely amazing in the ocean, giving me coaching tips, i was able to do it. I stood up and paddled away. And I loved every single second of my life on the sea. I was fulfilled in every possible way.
.
It’s important as human beings to challenge ourselves to continue to grow physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. What can you add to your life to grow in those areas? Let’s all continue to move forward with our goals. My goal is to eventually become a good surfer. So I’m starting out with paddle boarding.

The main factor in losing body fat is taking in fewer calories than you expend. And adding cardio into your exercise regime can help you expend even more calories.

After several minutes of cardio, the body will begin to burn fats for energy. How?

The body will burn sugars first, always. However, your body will use protein as an alternative energy source if carbohydrate level is low. That means that your body will turn to your muscles for fuel. That’s no good folks.

So though you need to take in lower calories to lose weight, be sure you still get in your adequate amount of protein and carbohydrates. So that when you do your cardio, you’ll be working towards your goal of having muscle definition .

Today, think about what disciplines you need to put in place in order to fulfill your dreams and goals. Lose weight? Discipline yourself to eat healthy and exercise. Build muscles? Lift weights till your muscles fatigue. Become a doctor, teacher, architect, etc? Go to school and learn. Depressed or filled with anxiety? First thing in the morning, pray or meditate.
