Evening and weekend classes stay the same as the existing schedule.

We’ve added class times every day to accommodate more people and varying schedules.

Maintaining low back in neutral position (no arching) and abdominal activation is very important during leg raise/lowering exercise. Pilates reformer does great job assisting to maintain proper form while still exercising abdominals! Great job! 💪
