Met goal on 20 of 21 day challenge
Days 20 & 21 of the 21-day challenge. I am thankful for this challenge which allowed me to reflect on the many aspects of Crunch I am thankful for. This has allowed me to express an attitude of gratitude over the last three weeks, which I fully intend on maintaining.
Why I chose this challenge is because of the book I have been reading titled the Gratitude Diaries. The author provides multiple compelling reasons we should all be more grateful for our circumstances. I highly recommend reading this book.
Day 19 of 21 day challenge, met goal
Day 19 of the 21-day challenge. Today I am thankful for goals. It does not matter how old you are or your fitness level. Goals are important to help one progress and move forward. I have fitness goals and will be celebrating each small increment towards those goals. Do you have goals?

Day 18 of the 21-day challenge. Today I am thankful for the folks at Crunch (members and staff) that inspire and challenge me. So many of the members are in great shape or know how to execute certain exercises with precise form that it is truly inspiring.

Day 17 of 21 day challenge, met moving goa
While working out at Crunch is great for body and mind, spending time outside without a coat enjoying the warmth is quite satisfying. I'm thankful that we are moving into Spring.
