Most of the time, we show the results. We show the progress, the wins, the moments when everything finally comes together. But what we donât always show is the hard work, frustration, and effort it took to get there. Sharing the tough moments on the internet isnât easy. It requires a different kind of vulnerability. So today, I want to show you a little bit of mine. Training gets hard sometimes. Very hard. There are moments when your body is tired, youâre frustrated, nothing seems to be working, and giving up feels so much easier than continuing. But Iâve learned that those are often the moments when itâs most important to show up for yourself. And thankfully, I have an amazing instructor .kompa.dance.instructor who is patient, understanding, supportive, and most of all, who genuinely wants to see me succeed. Having someone who continues to encourage you and push you through those difficult moments makes such a difference. â¤ď¸ Giving up is easy. Continuing to work for the person you want to become takes discipline. So if youâre working toward something and it feels hard right now, keep showing up. Even when itâs messy. Even when itâs frustrating. Even when nobody sees the work youâre putting in. The results we celebrate are built in the moments we rarely show. â¤ď¸đš
