From last night sesh. Really didn’t want to go, but buckled down and then ultimately had a good workout. Needed it.

This is the result of pizza, chicken Tacos, cheese and crackers, Diet Coke and a all out bad🙂ending to a Friday night😂😂 oohhh and a reasonably good night of sleep.

59 years old, 5’6”, 175 lbs

Age is just a number! If you respect yourself, take care of yourself, you can actually be the best you! That’s not only physical but spiritually (most important), mentally (it’s all a mind game) and emotionally (controlling your emotions is key).

I can do all things THROUGH Christ who strength me.
It’s through HIM that you will excel in all of these areas. Without him, you may be good at 1 maybe 2, but you will be missing the completeness.

Relax, be humble, don’t take yourself so seriously.
