Yes it was my birthday today, yes it was Meta Connect today.... It was nice of Google to put a banner up for my big day, thank you! Also, the Tampa Bay Rays celebrated me with Champagne showers!! Happy Birthday to me!

Thank you for all the well wishes and everyone who reached out to me via phone call, text, or message! If I haven't gotten back to you I had a long day of work today but I promise I will!

Interview requests for candidates increased to 47% from 22% in 2020.

Twelve of the 28 candidates interviewed for head-coaching positions were minorities. ( ) and ( ) were hired.

However, offensive coordinator was passed over despite receiving an interview request from each of the seven teams looking for a new head coach.
