IORG is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit service organization for girls between the ages of 11 and 20. Rainbow Girls Are Busy! Rainbow Girls love a Challenge!

The International Order of the Rainbow for Girls is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit service organization for girls between the ages of 11 and 20. It strives to give girls the tools, training, and encouragement to let their individual spirits shine bright. By providing members with a safe fun, caring environment where responsible, older girls can interact and mentor younger girls through family involvement.

The International Order of the Rainbow for Girls, called Rainbow for short, teachers leadership skills and public speaking. It builds self-respect, confidence, poise, patriotism, fidelity, integrity and character, all while providing a fun and safe environment for girls to meet other girls their age and to build friendships that will last a lifetime. By participating in fun events and activities, keeping up with new friends, and traveling to different cities and states, members experience the excitement of what a productive life has to offer. From volunteering for different charities, to working to improve their public speaking to mastering the lessons of Rainbow members tackle lots of challenging hurdles but ultimately walk away with a sense of pride and accomplishment. Rainbow Girls Are Ready for Life! Our order prepares the girls of today to be the leaders of tomorrow. Whether they dream of becoming a successful veterinarian, a talented musician, or a loving mother, Rainbow Girls learn that they can accomplish anything and that they can make a difference. When and Why Did Rainbow Begin? In 1922, the International Order of the Rainbow for Girls was created for young women whose fathers were members of the Masonic Lodge and their friends who fathers were not members of the Masonic Lodge. Although a Christian minister named W. Mark Sexson founded the organization, today the leaders of Rainbow Girls respect and welcome all girls from every religion. Their main focus is more on the spiritual principles of being a kind and caring person. While the Rainbow practices and programs continue to evolve, the basic teachings of faith, hope, and charity remain a cornerstone of this dynamic girl’s youth group. Today there are more than 850 assemblies across the world that have bimonthly meetings. This is how the members learn standard meeting protocol and parliamentary procedure.

What an incredible day of connection and fun between Lynn Haven Assembly and George Ulee Lord Chapter! 🎳🍕

The day before installation — and just two weeks before Florida DeMolay Conclave, which was Evan’s big moment as State Master Councilor — both groups came together for a laid‑back outing filled with bowling, pizza, and a relaxing trip to the park.Laughter, friendly competition, and great conversations made it more than just a social event — it was a chance to strengthen the bond between our organizations outside of service projects and formal events.

Moments like these remind us how important it is to build relationships, support one another, and enjoy the journey together.Here’s to many more days of fellowship and fun! 💙✨

✨🥧 A Marvelous Time in Lynn Haven pt.2 🥧✨

Our Zone One Chairman decided to make bringing in new members a little more interesting by setting up a challenge: any girl from either Lynn Haven or Marvelous who became a first-line signer on a petition earned the chance to “pie” him in the face after the installation! 🌈👏

Sounds fun, right? Well… there was just one catch.

That “pie” wasn’t whipped cream… IT WAS RANCH! 🥧😂

After the joint installation of Lynn Haven and Marvelous Assemblies, the girls who completed the challenge finally got to claim their reward—and they definitely didn’t hold back! 😂

While the ranch may eventually wash away, we’re pretty sure the memories (and maybe the smell 🤣) will stick around for a while!

A huge congratulations to every girl who was a first-line signer and helped bring someone new into our Rainbow family! 🌈💕 Growing our Order is something worth celebrating—even if our Zone One Chairman had to take a little ranch to the face to make it happen! 😂🥧

✨🌈 A Marvelous Time in Lynn Haven! 🌈✨

What a wonderful evening celebrating the Joint Installation of Lynn Haven and Marvelous Assemblies! 💙🌸 It was so special getting to watch these girls step into their new offices and begin another exciting term surrounded by their Rainbow sisters, family, advisors, and friends!

After the installation, everyone enjoyed some delicious refreshments, lots of laughter, and time spent together making even more memories! 🧡

We also want to give a very special shoutout to Mom Ball for being able to come and support Lynn Haven and Marvelous during our fun and slightly crazy evening! 🌈❤️We are so thankful you could be there to celebrate this special night with everyone!

Congratulations to all of the newly installed officers of Lynn Haven and Marvelous Assemblies! Wishing both Assemblies an amazing term ahead filled with sisterhood, service, growth, and plenty of unforgettable memories! 🇺🇸🛩️✨
