It will be held at Hiland Park Baptist Church. We will be packing back packs for 600 children with food insecurities from local elementary schools.
We will furnish a IGD T-shirt for volunteers.

The Panhandle Gator Club and Gulf Coast State College present Kevin Enge, Research Scientist with the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, to share his expertise and experiences studying Alligator Snapping Turtles over the last fifteen years.
Alligator Snapping Turtles are large and ancient reptiles that inhabit many of Florida’s rivers and sloughs. Join us at 6:00 pm on Thursday, February 26th in the Sarzin Lecture Hall at Gulf Coast State College. Admission is free.

Your Panhandle Gator Club will have a booth at the Emerald Coast Cruizin festival starting on November 6 and ending November 8 from 8 am to 5 pm each day. The event is located at Aaron Bessant Park, 500 W Park Dr, Panama City Beach, FL 32413.
We will be just across from Pier Park, just one block away from the beach! This event is positioned on 17 acres of luscious green grass, with sidewalks, shade trees, park benches, and clean air-conditioned restrooms. Emerald Coast Cruizin’ features a center stage to host live music and show awards. You will not want to miss this event!

Club members. Our annual Orange and Boo Scholarship Mini-Golf Tournament is held this Saturday, October 25, 2025, 8:30 am-11:00 am, at Pirate's Island Adventure Golf (9518 Front Beach Road), Panama City Beach. This is our primary fund-raising event and offers free Mini-Golf to the first 18 teams of 4 that register at [email protected].
The Mini-Golf Tournament supports the Machen Florida Opportunity Scholarships. Cash prizes will be provided for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place. Prizes will be also provided for the Best Team Name (Team of 4) and Best Costumes (Team of 4). We will also have treat bags for those children that participate.
