They are a family owned business and not only was it the best coffee I’ve ever had, I swear I could taste their family love in it. Last week she placed first in Group Finals which then advanced her into the top 1% AND into Quarterfinals!😯🙌🏽🥳

This weekend we honor all of our fallen heroes by performing the favorite workout of Lieutenant Michael Murphy, a navy SEAL who was killed in action in Afghanistan on June 28th, 2005.

Some of you gather every year to do this endurance workout and some of you may doing it for the first time. Whether it’s your 16th year or first year doing this work out, follow our link to read our Ultimate Murph Guide for tips, tricks and scales…and most of all RECOVERY!

Hello Wodstar Family!

Today’s workout is to complete every 4 minutes x 5 sets of:
- 50 double unders
- 9 pull-ups (or scale)
- 6/6 Single arm dumbbell alternating sn**ch (50/35#)

The goal is to complete all the exercises within 4 minutes, so scale accordingly!

Hello Wodstar Family!

Today’s workout is a 20 minute every minute on the minute (EMOM), where every minute you will do the following:
Minute 1: 50 meter sled sprint (building in load)
Minute 2: 30 seconds of strict handstand push ups (or scale: see video)
Minute 3: 50 meter sled sprint (building in load)
Minute 4: 30 seconds of strict handstand push ups (or scale: see video)
Etc…until you reach 20 minutes

Happy Mother’s Day to all our amazing Moms out there. We want to teach our kids to be fierce, but loving. It’s a balance that’s hard to find. Now stringing them up helps you complete your work out (pro tip they can’t get down) and loving them endlessly is also pretty fulfilling. Hello Wodstar Family!

Today’s workout is a nice cardio challenger for time, where you will run 1 mile, however, every minute on the minute you will do an ascending ladder of burpees. Meaning:
- Minute 0-1 start running, no burpee
- On minute 1, do one burpee, then start running again
- On minute 2, do two burpees, then start running again
- On minute 3, do three burpees, then start running again…
Keep following this pattern until you have completed your mile run.
