If you want things to be different, allow them to be different.
So often we chase change while holding tightly to the expectations, routines, and stories that keep us where we are.
What if the next step isn't about doing more, but seeing things differently?
Start from within. Release what you think should be happening. Create space for a new experience. Invite change.
💬 COMMENT BELOW: Where in your life are you resisting a different experience?

✨ Sometimes the old ways stop working.
Not because you failed.
Not because someone else failed.
But because your Knowing has caught up to what you have been feeling for a long time.
One of the hardest lessons I have learned is that understanding someone does not always change what is true.
Growth can bring people closer.
It can also reveal what is no longer aligned.
Love can be real.
Compassion can be real.
Effort can be real.
And still, your need for safety should not require constant proving.
These are a few of the things I have added to my Knowing recently about love, attachment, healing, and letting go.
💬 Which slide spoke to you the most?

One of our BeMo community members recently sat down with an exercise called Core Memory Circles. One word in the center of a page. Four words around it. Thirty minutes of writing. A truth they had been carrying their entire life distilled into a single sentence.
They shared the full, unedited experience. What they drew. What they wrote. What surfaced. What they found underneath.
If you have ever wondered what it actually looks like to do this work, not the polished version but the real, messy, honest version, this is it.

One of the most beautiful things about The BeMo Practice is seeing how each of you takes the foundation and breathes your own life into it. ☕️✨
We are so inspired by how our community holds space for their daily processing. Jen’s practice is a beautiful testament to what happens when we create space to just be, dropping the fluff and finding poetry in the process.
