Thankful Thursday is a shout out to Nicki Presley!
Nicki is one of the trainers here and really creates a fun environment full of energy! It’s always a hair raising experience with her and she knows how to make us all laugh with her killer dance moves and fun costumes!
She puts this much passion into her training and it is amazing to see her clients results and I personally love having her as my trainer!

And…….the Jedi Trials have begun! 5 stations to complete to become a true Jedi!
1. Skill - to escape the Empires Death Star, you must build a space worthy Starship!
2. Flesh - load up your backpack with 25lbs of weight which will remain with you to each of the endurance trials
• Climb the jungle vines
• Run the Degobah Pond Route (.5 miles)
• Follow Yoda Yes….handstand push-ups 15 reps you will
3. Insight - a Jedi must know his weapon! Construct a light and practice your fighting skills
4. Spirit - the force is what gives a Jedi his power! You must feel the force and document a willingness to participate
5. Courage - balance and power, a delicate balance a Jedi must maintain. This obstacle course will test your power.
