Summer has a way of making women feel pressure.
Pressure to:lose weight fast…hide in oversized clothes…avoid photos…or try another extreme diet before vacation season hits ☀️
But honestly?
Most moms I work with aren’t trying to become fitness models.
They just want to:✔️ feel confident again✔️ feel strong again✔️ have more energy✔️ feel attractive in their clothes✔️ stop feeling uncomfortable in their own skin
That’s the real goal.
