Heartlinks provides compassionate hospice and palliative care, as well as grief support, walking alongside patients and families during some of life’s most difficult moments. Their work brings comfort, guidance, and support to families throughout our community.

This partnership is especially meaningful to our hockey family because one of our very own hockey moms serves as a Social Work Lead with Heartlinks. ❤️ We love being able to recognize an organization that not only supports our players, but also has such a personal connection to our team.
