I have definitely caught myself...and idk about you — but I know now by just asking ourselves these questions before making any decisions, we only hinder ourselves from doing the very things that bring us joy and lead us in the directions we want to go. 🌸
✨So instead we can ask ☺️:
What if I succeed?
What is the best thing that can happen?
Can I change the story that I’m telling myself?
It’s time we learn how to decipher between our ego & intuition because the wrong one can be controlling our lives...and that is no way to live boo. ✨
We shouldn’t live in fear of what others think or could think about us. We have a tendency of being our own worst critics, for no damn reason at all! Doubt kills more dreams than failure ever will.
We all have the potential of just BEING beyond what we can imagine if we stop being so negative, so forget about everyone else, do what makes you happy and stop getting in your own way 🌸
