Race Medal Monday! We're excited to reveal this year's finisher medals for the 2026 Peachtree City Classic 5k/15k!

This year’s design was inspired by the Lake Peachtree spillway and bridge. It’s hard to drive by without seeing someone walking or running across it, and over the years it’s become such a familiar part of our community.

It also happens to be right near our finish line! If you’ve run the Classic before, you know that when you reach the spillway, you’re almost there — you just have to make it up one last hill. 😅

We thought it was the perfect inspiration for this year’s medal and a little reminder that the last climb is worth it!

All 5K and 15K finishers will receive a finisher medal! 🏅

We can’t wait to see you at the finish line on October 17!

The Peachtree City Running Club is proud to announce the 46th annual PTC Classic on Saturday, October 17! 🏃♂️ Both USATF-certified courses wind mostly along the city's paved golf cart paths - through greenbelts, past lakes, and across bridges - with the Open 5K a Peachtree 10K qualifier and the 15K serving as the RRCA State Championship. All finishers receive a commemorative technical shirt and 46th anniversary medal, and race day features a flyover by the PTC-based Full Throttle Formation Team.

Never forget.

8:46 AM. That's the moment our history changed...

Twenty-five years later, we remember the lives forever changed and the nearly 3,000 innocent lives lost on September 11, 2001.

We honor the first responders, service members, and ordinary Americans who demonstrated extraordinary bravery in the face of unimaginable circumstances. We remember those who answered the call of duty, putting the safety and well-being of others before themselves. And we honor the profound sacrifice made by so many, and by the families, friends, and communities who carried that loss forward.

We remember. We honor. Peachtree City will never forget.
