Logan got the bites but Danny put his in the boat. A tough but successful day.

Carl Reutz Jr. and Carl the lll came to Wahiawa and cleaned out the lake with their fly rods. Amazing stuff to watch! Here's a small sampling.

Expert casting overcame a tough day for peacocks. Jack O'donnell showed off his skills.

The Aussie wave returned with Matthew Hester rocking the spinning gear.

Day 2 for Jason and BIL Jon Verceles. He checked that Peacock Bass off early! Jason continued where he left off.

Takeshi Murakami and Ryota Takahashi flew 6,611 km to catch a peacock bass. They weren't disappointed.

Cold and wet but the action was hot! Garrett and dad Josh Edwards were in on the action!

A record setting day with Paul and Eli. Eli scored a 5-4, a 3-2, a 2+ and numerous sub- 1 lb tucs. An awesome day for these guys from B.C. Canada.

Brian, Caden and Dawson stopped by for an afternoon of Peacocks and the random cichlid.
February 7
Bay Area boys Anthony Nguyen and Frank Huey caught 'em under rumbling skies. Numerous "corollas" and a few nice ones made it to the boat. Left a few nicer ones back for next time.

The peacock bass were out and active under threat of thunderstorms. Windsor Silva scores.

Kakaako residents Sam Yoshida and Janelle Hirano blew in off the ocean for some freshwater action!
