Wanted to post an update on my weight loss journey. I’ve lost a total of 16 pounds the past 2 weeks and I’m loving the grind. Thanks to .anthony_ for keeping me focus on my goals.

I want to thank for having us at the tournament. Today we played our asses off and ended up falling short. BUT this is a learning experience and we WILL win 1st place soon, we will NEVER settle for 🥈

This weight loss journey getting harder but I’m staying motivated. Lost 15 pounds in a month, just wait until I hit the basketball court when I drop 30-40 pounds 👀👑 Also, thank you and for keeping me focus.

This is exactly why I keep grinding, helping and motivating my players and myself everyday.. I love to prove people wrong and show them that we can anything we want (positively) to succeed in life. Don’t need a piece of paper to say I can Coach or train. Ask the parents and kids I help, the work presents itself. I’ll take this hit to the chin like I always do.. but don’t think ima change my approach.
