The PACK Baseball & Softball We’re not just building teams — we’re building a PACK of gritty, driven athletes who show up with heart and hustle. Run with the PACK.

Based in Pearland, TX and surrounding areas, PACK is a competitive youth baseball and softball organization built for players who train hard, play harder, and leave it all on the field. Around here, we play like dawgs — hungry, focused, and ready to scrap for every play. If that’s your mindset, you’re in the right place.

Another great weekend of baseball for our PACK boys! 🐺⚾️

We took the boys over to Austin this weekend and battled our way to a 2nd-place finish! For the second tournament in a row, these boys went into bracket play as a lower seed and found a way to fight their way all the way back to the championship game!

I couldn’t be more proud of the way these boys continue to compete. Every single player contributed at some point this weekend, and that’s what makes it so special. Watching them continue to grow individually, come together as a team, and learn how to compete for one another has been awesome.

One of the things I’m most proud of is the way these boys continue to overcome adversity. When things don’t go their way, they have a choice. They can become victims of their circumstances, or they can find a way to fight through it and compete. Time and time again, these boys are choosing to fight. Watching them develop that mentality and learn how to respond when things get tough has been awesome.

Our semifinal game was a perfect example of that. We fell behind early, but these boys never panicked, never quit, and just kept competing. They answered back, put up 15 runs, and found a way to get themselves into another championship game. That’s the kind of fight you love to see as a coach!

We came up a little short in the championship, but there’s a lot to be proud of. The growth, the fight, the way they’re coming together, and the way they continue to compete for each other.

Really proud of these boys and excited to keep watching them grow. We’ve still got plenty of work to do, but I love the direction we’re headed!

Happy National Coaches Day to all of our PACK coaches! 💙🧡

We are incredibly thankful for our coaches -- they give their time, energy, knowledge, patience, and heart to our players.

Coaching is so much more than teaching baseball and softball. It’s teaching kids how to compete, how to handle failure, how to be a good teammate, how to work through hard things, and how to keep showing up even when things don’t go their way.

Our coaches pour into these kids, hold them accountable, celebrate their successes, help them through their struggles, and continue pushing them to become better players and even better people.

We are extremely grateful for every coach who chooses to be part of The PACK and believes in what we’re building.

Thank you for everything you do for our players and our families.

Happy National Coaches Day! 🐺💙🧡

So incredibly proud of these girls. 🧡💙

This weekend wasn’t easy. We had girls missing, girls battling injuries, and we lost our first bracket game—which meant the road back was going to be a long one.

But they kept going.

They battled their way through the loser’s bracket and fought all the way back to the semifinal, giving themselves an opportunity to play their way into the championship game. They never quit. They never stopped competing. And that means so much more to me than the third-place medals around their necks.

We had girls step up in big moments. We had big hits when we needed them. We had girls make plays for their teammates. Every single player contributed to the success we had this weekend, and that’s when this game is the most fun—when everybody has a part in it and they’re playing for one another.

I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity to coach these girls. I love watching them learn the game of softball, but even more than that, I love watching them learn all the lessons that come with it.

Sometimes you’re going to struggle. Sometimes things aren’t going to go your way. Sometimes you’re going to get knocked down. You keep going anyway. You don’t quit. You fight your way through it. You show up for your teammates, and eventually you find your way to the other side.

That’s what we want PACK to be about. Of course we want to develop great softball players, but we also want to help develop strong, confident young women who know how to compete, how to handle adversity, and how to be there for the people beside them.

These girls are pretty special, and they have some pretty amazing families behind them. We’re so grateful to their families for trusting us with the opportunity to coach them, push them, teach them, and hopefully play a small part in helping mold the young women they’re becoming.

I love these girls, and I could not be prouder of them. I’m so grateful for the opportunity to be their coach!

What a weekend for our boys! ⚾️

We battled all weekend in Tomball and Waller and played a lot of really good baseball. We came up a little short in the championship game, but after playing our FOURTH game of the day, these boys had given us everything they had and then found a way to give us a little more.

Could not be prouder of the fight, toughness, and growth we saw this weekend.

We got down against good teams and never quit. We just kept chipping away, kept competing, and kept finding ways to get the job done.

One of my favorite things to see was the growth in our TEAM mentality. A ground ball to second that scores a run doesn’t show up as a hit in the book, but our boys were celebrating because they understood they did their job and helped the TEAM. That is growth. That is what we’re trying to build.

Our defense was lights out for the majority of the weekend. Our pitching was phenomenal. Our hitting approach was fantastic, and we had timely hits from guys all the way up and down the lineup. Everybody contributed.

But more than anything, I loved the mentality.

We don’t quit. We don’t care what the scoreboard says. We play every inning like it’s 0-0, and we compete until there are no outs left to get.

Watching these boys grow as baseball players is awesome, but watching them grow mentally and develop into young men who understand how to compete, fight through adversity, and play for each other is even better.

And a HUGE shoutout to our parents! Y’all were there through a LONG day, keeping the boys fed, fueled up, and encouraged. Even when things weren’t going our way, the energy never stopped. It truly takes everyone.

What we’re building here is special, and I couldn’t be prouder of these boys and this PACK family.

Keep building. Keep competing. Keep fighting.

Last night we took our PACK girls out to watch San Jac Softball play one of their fall games, and it was such a great experience!

We didn’t just want them to go watch a softball game. We wanted to teach them HOW to watch the game.

Watch how the players move. How they communicate. How they prepare on deck and get their timing. How they warm up between innings. How they run the bases. How they respond after a mistake. All of those little things you start to notice when you really learn how to watch the game.

The girls had a great time, and we had some really good conversations throughout the night. Hopefully they walked away seeing the game a little differently than they did before.

Getting better doesn’t always happen on the practice field. Sometimes it happens by watching, listening and learning.

Huge thank you to San Jac Softball for giving our girls a great example to learn from! We loved watching them compete!
