If you feel stuck with your workouts or nutrition, the problem may not be effort.
It may be guessing.
Guessing what exercises to do.
Guessing how hard to train.
Guessing how much protein you need.
Guessing whether you should eat less, eat more, or change the plan again.
That is where most people get frustrated.
Before changing everything, get clear on:
1. Your actual goal
2. Your weekly schedule
3. Your current training structure
4. Your current food habits
5. The one thing most likely holding you back
Clarity usually comes before consistency.

Body recomposition is not magic.
If you want to build muscle, lose fat, and feel athletic again, the basics matter more than the complicated stuff.
The big rocks:
1. Strength training consistently
2. Eating enough protein
3. Managing calories without crash dieting
4. Sleeping enough to recover
5. Progressing your workouts over time
Most people do not need a perfect plan.
They need a repeatable plan.
