Results don't come from the perfect workout. Results come from consistency, accountability and building relationships through connections.
The advantages of a small group ensure safer technique, better quality of movement and more personalization through fine tuning of adjustments to meet your needs for your body.
We love the chatter, the laughs and the recipes and life shared when we gather together at Willow Lane and leave with more than just taking a class.

Kicking off our summer schedule with some changes this week. Bobbi, Judy and Megan are on the schedule with regular classes.
More 101 classes beyond the reformer: Tower and Chair make their appearance.
A bittersweet transition as we say, "Farewell, best wishes, we love you, Gill," as she dances on to her next adventure.
