Kettlebell AMPD is a fun, heart-pumping group fitness format integrating kettlebell weights with upbeat music. Using choreographed moves and traditional strength training, the workout engages the entire body for 30-60 minutes of calorie torching fun

Suggested weight size is 5 to 8 for beginners and 10-12 for advanced.
