Today is our adrenaline response control (or ARC) seminar. Knowing how your body will respond in an intense situation and how to over come some of the negative effects is key to defending yourself.

Join us for this important seminar.

Learn how to safely end a confrontation before it gets physical. We want to avoid a fight even if we think we can “win.” There is no real winner when things escalate to violence.

With our ARC seminar you will learn how to deal with the effects of adrenaline to your body and how to respond in the beginning steps of a self-defense situation. Even with lots of martial arts training you still need to learn how to channel your natural internal reactions.

This is a very intense seminar and not suitable for children. There is no previous experience needed and is open to any adult. Teenagers need to talk with Johnston sensei if they are interested.
