⭐️ NWOABL ALL-STARS ⭐️

We’re incredibly proud of Maxwell, Sawyer, and Jeremiah for representing the Lake Erie Tritons in the NWOABL All-Star Game on Wednesday evening!

Our boys joined players from Perrysburg and Anthony Wayne to take on an All-Star team made up of players from Midwest Monsters Sopko, USA Prime, and the Base Bandits.

The Tritons made their presence felt throughout the night by getting on base, driving in runs, and playing outstanding defense as their team earned a 17–11 victory. Maxwell provided one of the biggest moments of the game by launching a grand slam and was awarded the Game Ball! 💣⚾️

More importantly, all three boys represented themselves, their families, and the Lake Erie Tritons extremely well. Being selected as an All-Star is a tremendous accomplishment, and we couldn’t be prouder of the way they competed and carried themselves.

Congratulations, boys! You earned it! 🔱💙⚾️

🚨 TRYOUT LOCATION UPDATE 🚨

Due to the condition of the outdoor fields after the recent rain, we’ve made the decision to move Saturday’s Lake Erie Tritons 10U Tryout indoors to ensure we’re still able to evaluate players in a safe environment.

We apologize for the short-notice change and truly appreciate everyone’s flexibility.

📍 NEW LOCATION (Saturday, July 11th | 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM):
GTS Baseball Academy

Perrysburg, OH 43551

A few important reminders:
⚾ Please park in the stone parking lot on the left side of the facility.
📝 A parent or guardian will need to sign a liability waiver before the tryout begins.
💧 The building does not have air conditioning, so please bring a water bottle.

Monday’s tryout (July 13th, 5:30–7:30 PM) will still be held at the Owens Express Outdoor Sports Complex as originally scheduled.

Please remember: Players only need to attend one tryout date. If you’re already planning to attend Monday’s session, there is no need to come on Saturday unless you’d like to.

What a way to wrap up the season!

Last night we got to celebrate our boys with our end-of-season awards, and more importantly, we got to celebrate the work, growth, and memories that came with this season.

The win column may not fully show it, but this group grew tremendously. We faced a lot of tough teams, battled through challenges, learned how to compete, and continued developing as baseball players and teammates. These boys strengthened their relationships, grew in their confidence, and became better at learning the game and that is something worth being proud of.

A huge thank you to every player who showed up, worked hard, stayed coachable, and gave this team their effort all season long. Each award was created to recognize something meaningful about each player, and every one of these boys brought something valuable to our team.

Thank you to our parents for the commitment, support, encouragement, patience, and everything else that goes into a travel baseball season. None of this works without you.

Thank you as well to our coaches for giving your time, energy, and care to help these boys grow.

We ended the night the right way — awards, laughs, water balloon fly balls, kickball, wiffle ball, home run derby, and a lot of smiles.

Proud of this group. Thankful for this season. Excited for what is ahead.

We want to say thank you to all of the young ball players who came and tried out for our team for this upcoming season. We had a great turnout and we loved getting the opportunity to meet and work with each and every one of you!

Congratulations to all of those who were officially offered and accepted a spot as a Lake Erie Triton! We look forward to the season to come and working hard to see you guys develop your skills as a Triton!

To all those who came out and gave it their all, but weren’t able to make the cut, please keep your head strong, honing in your skills, and loving this wonderful sport. We hope to see you at tryouts next season to see how far you’ve come!
