Aquí tienes la técnica de respiración 4-7-8 para manejar el estrés:
1. Encuentra una posición cómoda : Siéntate o acuéstate en una posición relajada.
2. Cierra los ojos : Concéntrate en tu respiración.
3. Inhala : Inhala suavemente por la nariz contando hasta 4.
4. Retén : Mantén la respiración contando hasta 7.
5. Exhala: Exhala completamente por la boca, haciendo un sonido de “whoosh”, contando hasta 8.
6. Repite : Completa el ciclo cuatro veces. Gradualmente, puedes aumentar hasta ocho ciclos.
Esta técnica ayuda a reducir el estrés al desacelerar el ritmo cardíaco y fomentar un intercambio completo de oxígeno, lo que puede tener un efecto calmante tanto en el cuerpo como en la mente.
One effective breath technique for stress management is 4-7-8 breathing . It’s simple to practice and helps calm the nervous system. Here’s how you can do it:
1. Find a comfortable position : Sit or lie down in a relaxed position.
2. Close your eyes : Focus on your breathing.
3. Inhale : Breathe in quietly through your nose for a count of 4.
4. Hold : Hold your breath for a count of 7.
5. Exhale : Exhale completely through your mouth, making a whoosh sound, for a count of 8.
6. Repeat : Complete the cycle for four breaths. You can gradually work up to eight cycles.
This technique helps reduce stress by slowing down your heart rate and encouraging full oxygen exchange, which can have a calming effect on both the body and mind.
