Kali Mantra is such a powerful mantra.
Jai ma Shakti! Jai Kali ma
I try to fit in or be a people pleaser sometimes which takes me away from being my true self.
This mantra helps me in embracing my own self - if there is such a thing because who really knows who we are. Anyways I digress. I gee more confident and powerful just by chanting this mantra for 11 times.

Be honest with yourself - on what is your goal of practicing?
Is it being stronger physically or satisfying your ego by being able to perform challenging postures, whatever it is, don’t judge yourself too hard but notice what comes up for you. Ask why, spiritual journey is all about questioning and challenging, and not blindly following whatever you see is trendy.

Happy Shravan Month!! I miss going to to shiva temples during this month, sharing mehendi or henna with my family, al wearing matching green bangles!
So I listen to shiva bhajans morning and evening when I can!!
Before you start randomly googling so many mantras all over, hear me out!
It’s the intention, devotion and constant practice that will make difference.
So pick a few that speaks to you and keep practicing consistently.
Like everything else in life, there is no shortcut.
Also you don’t need to chant 108 times at one sitting, do not stress out about the numbers and find your comfort zone.

For the first time I feel confident to wear shorts out in public, mostly due to my own self awareness.
I feel free and I do not worry about how my legs look, shaving/waxing or not should be a personal choice but not to meet some beauty standard defined for us.
You choose what you do with your body and you decide to feel beautiful from within you💜💜✨✨
