Here’s a fun story about one of our clients, Pierce. The first word that he ever spoke was “ball”. His parents knew early on that he would gravitate toward sports. And that he did. Over the years, Clayton has had the privilege of coaching, training, and watching him play sports. He’s 16 now, starts on his varsity basketball team, and plays on the competitive AAU circuit. He’s a really good student and has aspirations to be a collegiate student athlete. He trains hard both inside and outside of the classroom. It’s so much fun training him. Time for some Alternating Toe Touches! Lay on your back with your arms straight above your head and legs straight out front. Simultaneously bring your right arm to your left leg, reaching across to touch your toes. Then bring your left arm to your right leg to touch your toes. Repeat.
