Hello my fitness ladies🤩
So tomorrow is Day 3, Back and Biceps. Please make sure you read the descriptions carefully and reach out if you have any questions, I will take a video of myself doing the move if you are confused.
Some of the back exercises can be confusing and may take some mind to muscle connection to get you feeling it in the correct place! Focus on form on these days, slow and steady wins the race🤞🏻💪🏻

Hi Ladies, I am so excited to start this little fitness community! Today is the first day of the plan! I will send you each week on Sunday nights. Please text me if you have any questions or write it on the page because I'm sure if you have a question someone else has the same one too. I will post videos of certain exercises that may be confusing and little tips too! If you want to be apart of the challenge and win 50 dollars please take a picture of yourself today and then at the end of the 4 weeks take another picture of yourself and send it to me! YAY so happy!
