Happy Birthday to herself , (my ๐Ÿป) There are people who build studios, and then there are people who build spaces. Youโ€™ve been both for me.

Youโ€™ve trained me not just as an instructor; but loved as a friend, a woman & a person growing into every version of herself. Because of you Iโ€™ve grown stronger in my practice, steadier in my life and more grounded in who I am becoming _ thank you for creating a place that feels like home and for being the light in so many of our lives ๐Ÿ–ค

Loved starting the morning at Trident Training Club, seriously such an incredible space! 10/10 workout sculpt girlies are strong ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ

Big shout out to for bringing their teacher training crew into the gym today!

They came to get a workout in and learn some strength training concepts to apply to their practice.

They came in, crushed it, and rolled back to Soleil to finish their day of classes.

This is a class of badasses! Great work yall!

I smell something brewing and Iโ€™m so excited to announce the next Kale F**t challenge: Fall Foundations ๐ŸคŽ

The name was inspired by the structure of this program and the new direction I want to bringโ€”helping you build habits you can actually sustain. Over the course of 4 weeks, weโ€™ll focus on your goals, how to reach them, and how to stay consistent long after the challenge ends.

Hereโ€™s how it works:
โ€ข 5 workouts per week
โ€ข 4 weeks long
โ€ข $45 to enter (no refunds, as the prize is purchased with entry fees)

As always, thereโ€™s an optional private Facebook group. It does not influence the winner, but itโ€™s a great space for meal ideas, extra accountability, and connecting with others who are working toward the same goals.

Letโ€™s talk about 75 Hard-and what it really was for me: โœ”๏ธ2 workouts/day (1 outside) โœ”๏ธ1 gallon water โœ”๏ธ150g protein, 1700 cals โœ”๏ธ10 pages/day (not Freida) โœ”๏ธZero alcohol

Okay... I missed a few daily progress pics-guilty.
I usually tried to take them at night, because I wanted to be real with myself-bloat, exhaustion, all of it.

What I thought would be the hardest part-giving up alcohol -actually turned out to be one of the most freeing. Iโ€™ve created a healthier relationship with itโ€”and with the people and environments I choose to keep around me. Respect goes both ways.

โœจ Leaner than Iโ€™ve been in years
โœจ Waking up early AF and loving it
โœจ Not an ounce of self-doubt

It all started on a rainy-ass Wednesday in Marchโ€”and I havenโ€™t looked back. I think because I said I was going to do it... I just had to.

150 workouts in 75 days.
No excuses. Just discipline.

If youโ€™re too comfortable, youโ€™re not growing.
Find something that makes you uncomfortable enough to change-then lean all the way in

All my mom ever says she wants for Motherโ€™s Day is peace and quietโ€”so I celebrated with a Sweat & Sculpt mash-up that was peaceful for the mind, but definitely not quiet on the glutes!
playlists always deliver, and this one had me sweating and vibing hard. Strong energy. Strong women. So much love to all the incredible momsโ€”and yes, dog moms too. Grateful for this community ๐Ÿ–ค
